Sophie Scholl -- Die letzten Tage (The Final Days) is a feature film about the final days in Sophie Scholl's life. A student of Philosophy at Munich University since 1942, she is, along with her brother Hans, a member of the non-violent group Weiße Rose (White Rose) to resist the Nazi regime.
Sophie and the rest of the group Weiße Rose get arrested for distributing leaflets at the university in February 1943, and are sentenced to death and executed just a few days later.
The film is based on transcripts from the interrogation Sophie and the group were subjected to after their capture.
